Please note that the Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to purchases made on Europe Balenciaga online shop only.
A different return & exchange policy is applicable for in-store purchases.
For orders placed on the Europe Balenciaga online shops, Balenciaga accepts full-priced merchandise returned within 20 days of the delivery date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returned products are fully refunded in the same form as payment.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by their original garment bag. All original tags must be attached. Fragrance products must be returned unopened with their protective plastic wrap.
For multi-products orders, the merchandise to be returned must be sent in one mailing.
Balenciaga reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements mentioned in this document. In such case, the product(s) are sent back to the customer.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express that allows you to track your package.
To process a return or an exchange, please follow the guidelines below.
Return by mail
1. Visit "Your account" page on the website or please contact Balenciaga Customer Service to request a return authorisation number.
2. Complete the "Return Form" enclosed in the shipment, including the return authorisation number.
3. Pack and seal the return merchandise securely and include the completed "Return Form" and the invoice.
Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your return to be validated and your account credited. A confirmation email is sent when the return has been validated and processed.
Exchanges are only accepted for an item at the same price. In such case, please follow the guidelines below:
Exchange by mail

Exchange for another colour or size is subject to product availability
2. Complete the ""Return Form"" enclosed in the shipment, including the return authorisation number.
3. Pack and seal the return merchandise securely and include the completed ""Return Form"" and the invoice.
The exchange item is shipped once the return has been processed. A confirmation email is sent when the return has been validated and processed.
For an exchange of a product with a different price, please follow the "Return" guidelines and place a new order online. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the return shipping date and your account will be charged once the exchange item has been shipped.
